U.S. Title is locally owned and operated. Founder, Stephen McDaniel, opened U.S. Title in March of 1984. The company boasted the first computerized title plant in Gregg County. Under Stephen’s leadership, U.S. Title has grown to serve Harrison, Rusk, Sabine, and Upshur counties in East Texas.

In July of 2017, Josh and Libby Black became the owners of U.S. Title. A native East Texan, Josh has practiced law in Longview since 2009. After starting his career with the Gregg County District Attorney’s office as an Assistant District Attorney, Josh expanded his practice to real estate, estate planning, probate and litigation services. Josh and Libby are proud parents of their three children; Ruthie, Jude, and Will.
